Financial Solutions Group (FSG) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Associate to join our Keene, New Hampshire office. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the financial services industry from the ground up while working closely with seasoned advisors who are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll receive dedicated mentoring and sponsorship for key industry licenses and certifications, positioning you for advancement within our growing advisory practice. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Manage office operations at Financial Solutions Group’s Keene, New Hampshire location.
• Answer phones and assist with client requests and document processing.
• Provide exceptional service in all client interactions.
• Collect required documentation to open new client accounts.
• Assist in implementing financial recommendations and processing related paperwork.
• Coordinate with other FSG offices nationwide to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Support Financial Advisors by preparing materials and maintaining client records.
• Use CRM systems to manage client data and generate reports to support advisory efforts.
• Attend select client meetings to learn follow-up and client management best practices.
• Develop expert knowledge of FSG’s unique client service processes. 
   

Licensing and Development 

You will be required to obtain foundational industry licenses within 4 months of hire, including: 

Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) 
FINRA Series 6 

Experience & Skills Required 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but relevant work experience considered.
• High level of discretion and client confidentiality.
• Willingness to pursue continued education through conferences, exams, and licensing.
• Technologically savvy; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a supportive team player.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills. 

Compensation & Benefits 

Salaried position with growth potential.  Full-time prioritized, but open to discussions of part-time.
